Types of Adakite and Basanite 

Some rocks according to their use or texture are classified into different types. Know more about Adakite Texture and Basanite  Texture. Types of Adakite are Intermediate volcanic rock whereas the types of Basanite  are Nepheline-Basanite, Analcite-Basanite and Leucite-Basanite.During historic times, some rocks depending on their hardness were used to create Pictographs and Petroglyphs.
